FUNimation Channel – NYAF/NYCC 2010

We are about three days away from the show and things are picking up steam here. At last, folks on the Eastern Seaboard get a chance to pick up one of our limited edition t-shirts that we were giving away over the summer on the West Coast.

Also, follow the channel’s tweets Wednesday to grab a pair of free tickets to the Far East to East Showcase at Irving Plaza in NYC. More details will be posted via the channel’s Twitter account. That is going to be one hot show with bands Echostream, Zazen Boys, Boom Boom Satellites and Puffy AmiYumi as the headlining act. The awesome folks at Sony Music Japan and Superglorious have made this possible.

Puffy AmiYumi

In addition, I’ll be sitting down with both Boom Boom Satellites & Puffy AmiYumi for a nice chat. Got questions you want me to ask them? Feel free to ask in the comments section below. I’ll choose the best ones and ask the bands.

  1. Excellent, I look forward to it. My fansite,, is running 2 panels at NYAF: the Evangelion panel on Friday and the Gainax panel on Saturday.

Will there be any info about Rebuild of Evangelion 2.0 voice casting? (basically, just Asuka, Kaji, and Mari Makinami)?

Please attend my Evangelion panel Friday afternoon for a surprise announcement…in which we’ll see just how loyal a hungry dog really is…

  2. Can we swarm the booth and yell at you guys what show we want you to license?

  3. You guys are lucky to meet Puffy AmiYumi and the Boom Boom Satellites. Can’t wait to see the interview. Also be sure to record their concerts! 🙂

  4. I will stop by!
