Wow. We survived last month’s convention season onslaught. It was really great meeting some of you at the shows. We’re still counting the cards – lots of them were filled out. We just concluded the contest for the HDTV prize which we will announce the winner soon.

Yours truly is down in West Palm Beach, FL at the channel’s headquarters. We’re going over stuff. Channel stuff. Those channel request cards are being used at our meetings with cable and satellite operators so you do make a difference. We got a surprise last weekend at Otakon when the lovely folks at Anime Mid-Atlantic stopped by the FUNimation booth and handed us an award for Best Anime Network 2010 as voted by the fans at AMA. That was sweet. Thank you fans for your support! 😛

I’m about to run off to a meeting but here’s what’s up on Comcast VOD:

  • Master of Martial Hearts eps 1 -5
  • Blue Gender The Warrior movie
  • Genghis Khan live-action movie
  • Evangelion 1.11 movie
  • Soul Eater eps 46 – 49
  • Shigurui eps 6 – 12
  • Case Closed ep 91
  • Nana eps 17 – 18
  • Suzuka eps 9 – 10
  • Romeo x Juliet eps 5 – 6
  • Baccano! ep 10
  • Claymore eps 9 – 10
  • Aquarion eps 7 – 8
  • Buso Renkin ep 26
  • Monster eps 28 – 29
  • Bamboo Blade eps 18 – 19
  • Kenichi eps 13 – 18
  • Jubei-Chan eps 10 – 12
  • Escaflowne eps 17 – 18

I’ll update this post over the weekend with pictures from AX, SDCC & Otakon.

And continue to visit the Get FUNimation Channel site for your chance to win an anime prize pack worth $250. Even if you entered for the HDTV prize in the past, you can re-enter for your chance to win the anime prize pack. New contest which means new slate of contestants. 🙂

To see the latest on what’s on the linear service, jump over to FUNimationChannel dot com. We’re in the process to re-brand and re-work the channel’s scheduling. Stay tuned.

  1. This is crazy. I sent you guys an e-mail twice about not getting Romeo + Juliet eps 3-4 last week and it still isn’t up. City is Pittsburgh, Zip Code is 15212.

    • @Justin – Not sure where you are sending the emails to since I haven’t received them. I’ll check with Comcast on what may be the issue. Recently, they have done some adjustments to their servers for VOD. Will find out what is preventing the eps from appearing. Sorry for this inconvenience.

  2. The first Negima!? is missing in my town. City is Fall River, Ma. Zipcode:02720

  3. I forgot to mention the Case Closed and Martial Hearts episodes as well

  4. I send my emails to feedback@funimation.com as I’ve always done. If you think there’s a more efficient address, please let me know.
